Police camera 360 C recorded 1,600 violations of SDA in Latvia

In the first four months of operation, an unmarked road police vehicle equipped with a 360 C camera recorded 1600 violations, writes the portal LSM. Most of them are traffic on the lane intended for public transport, neglect of the red traffic light, driving without technical inspection or without a compulsory insurance policy (OSAGO). A total of 96 violations for the use of a mobile phone. However, the head of the Road Police Normund Krapsis believes that this is not due to the real number of such violations, but to the light sensitivity of the camera, whose ability to fix is still limited. According to the Road Police, in general, the work of the camera able to record violations throughout the perimeter, has proved to be excellent.
