Kosovo signed a new agreement with the United States

Kosovo Prime Minister Avdulla Hoti and Executive Director of the US National Finance and Development Corporation Adam Bohler signed a joint US-Kosovo economic declaration. This was reported by the Albanian news agency Telegrafi. The declaration affirms the commitment of Kosovo and the United States to implement the investment promotion agreement signed on the same day as part of the visit of the American delegation to Kosovo. The Declaration is an annex to the Washington Agreements on the Normalization of Economic Relations between Kosovo and Serbia of 4 September. Recall, in accordance with the Washington agreements, Kosovo and Serbia commit, in cooperation with the US International Corporation for Financial Development and the US Export and Import Bank, to conclude memorandums of understanding for the implementation of projects: World Highways (obviously Pristina Belgrade); Railway line Pristina Merdare; Nis Prishtina railway line; Financial support and credit for small and medium-sized enterprises; Additional bilateral projects; Serbia's full cooperation with the United States International Corporation for Financial Development.
