Freight trains cost: how much Latvia lost from the departure of Russia

In Latvia, freight traffic decreased sharply after Russia redirected goods to its ports. The Latvian Railway said that this year they expect to transport twice as much as in 2019. Previously, cargo from Russia accounted for up to 70% of the total cargo flow of the LZHD.
