We need a compromise like binding tariffs to the price of oil

In conditions of low oil prices, Transneft would be appropriate to find a compromise with major oil companies, linking the tariffs for transportation of international prices for raw materials. This is the opinion of Deputy Director of the Institute of economic forecasting, Russian Academy of Sciences Alexander Shirov. The rates are indexed and that can be attributed to expenditures on investment projects, but they, according to the report, fell in 2020 to almost zero zero.
