According to the results of the study of the Chinese Film Association, the share of these organizations is 40% of the total number of cinema in the country. It is also noted that these 5 thousand companies own about 28 thousand cinema halls. The author of the article suggested that such a development would have huge consequences for Hollywood, as in this case film studios would lose a significant share of revenues.
