White House denied rumors about resignation of head of US Ministry of Health


The administration of American President Donald Trump is not looking for a replacement for the current head of the US Ministry of Health Alex Azar, said the White House spokesman Judd Dir, according to Bloomberg. Any speculation about employees is irresponsible and distracting from a government-wide response to COVID-19, he said. Dir stressed that Azar continues to lead the U.S. Department of Health. According to the news agency, the American newspaper Politico earlier, citing sources in the White House, stated that US President Donald Trump's administration was unhappy with Azar's work during the coronavirus pandemic. In this regard, the White House is allegedly looking for a replacement for the current head of the American Ministry of Health.
