Hainan Airlines resumes all flights to Chinese island of Hainan


Hainan Airlines resumes all flights between the island province of Hainan in southern China with mainland China, Xinhua news agency reported on March 11. The company's total number of flights per week is expected to reach 500. By then, 110 air routes would link Hainan to 39 cities in China, including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Chengdu. The resumption of flights will provide a more convenient way to move for tourists and will increase the tourist flow to the resorts of the island, which has declined sharply due to the coronavirus epidemic. Hainan Airlines is currently holding a discount action in order to attract more passengers arriving or departing from Hainan.
